So, I’m a recovering anxiety sufferer. I’ve been living with a diagnosed anxiety and a panic disorder since 2012, and what a rollercoaster it’s been. In that time, I’ve been through two rounds of CBT therapy, and finally feel like I’m getting somewhere. I’m very private about my fight with anxiety, but have decided that in order to help myself, I need to speak and hopefully my fight to recovery will help inspire someone else. On this journey I’ve been connected to a lot of people who approach me for help and advice which in some ways seems to help. If it does, I have anxiety for a reason, and that reason is to help other people.
The journey to recovery isn’t an easy one, but one thing I always tell myself even at breaking point:
“If you’re going through hell, keep going”
Thanks for all that you do to help bring light to this.

Hey there!
I wanted to send you a quick message because I had an idea to have some guest posts on my blog for Mental Health Awareness Week (May 7-13) and I thought I’d ask you.
I know that you’ve got a lot going on right now, especially with personal stuff, so I understand if it doesn’t work. But, if you are interested, I am happy to make the guest post anything that might work for you (whether post, interview, poem etc)! I just thought that it would be nice to have a group of unique perspectives on my blog for that week!
Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll shoot you off an email with some more info! 🙂
